What the 6-month warranty covers
Our 6-month warranty covers sightings of live bed bugs in the treated, covered areas for 6 months after the initial treatment. When the requirements are met, follow-up treatment is provided at no extra charge.
The warranty applies only to the areas listed as covered in your treatment plan and only to bed bugs. It does not apply to untreated areas or to other pests.
What to report
Bites, dead bugs, cast skins, or old spots alone do not establish live bed bug activity. If you see something that concerns you, contact us so we can verify what was found.
To request warranty service, call or email with your name, address, the date of the sighting, and the room where it was found. Include a photo if you have one. A report made before the warranty expires remains eligible even if the follow-up service happens after expiration.
Heat treatment follow-up
If live bed bugs appear in a heat-treated room, contact us promptly. We retreat that room with Aprehend. Repeat heat treatments are not included under the warranty.

Aprehend and hybrid treatment follow-up
After Aprehend treatment, wait 45 days before retreatment. If activity continues, retreatment is scheduled between days 45 and 60. Seeing live bed bugs during that period does not mean the treatment failed, but report activity right away.
For a hybrid treatment, the heat-treatment terms apply to the heated areas and the Aprehend terms apply to the Aprehend-treated areas.
Customer responsibilities
To keep warranty coverage in place:
- Follow all prep sheets and aftercare instructions, including laundering, handling, cleaning, reentry, and not disturbing Aprehend deposits.
- Allow access for any follow-up visit.
- Do not use OTC sprays, foggers, dusts, or essential oils in covered areas without our written approval.
- Disclose any pest products used in the property.

Warranty period and limits
The 6 months begin on the initial treatment date. Follow-up visits do not extend or restart the period.
The warranty does not guarantee future prevention. It applies to live bed bug activity in treated, covered areas under the stated conditions.
